What does H-Hour mean? 

H-hour is the time of day or the hour in which an event, often a military operation, is scheduled to take place. 

 

How do you support veterans? 

We donate a portion of all profits back to veteran support organization. We donate to local, provincial, and federal veteran support organization like VETS Canada and Wounded Warriors Canada. We also donate some of our proceeds directly to Canadian veterans athletes to help them achieve their goals. 

 

How much does it cost for shipping?

We are glad to offer flat-rate shipping within Canadian provinces and territories. Flat rate shipping is $12.00 on orders $119.99 and under within Canada. $17.00 flat-rate shipping is available to locations in the United States. All orders over $120.00 ship free within Canada and the United States. 

 

Why don’t you ship internationally? 

Long story short - we’re working on it! We’re currently looking into shipping options that best suit the needs of us and our over-the-border customers! 

 

How are your products sized? 

All of our garments are sized with US sizing. Some of our garments are sized in unisex US sizing - in this case, we recommend women size down for the best fit. 

 

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

 

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes? 

Yes! 

 

What type of payment do you accept? 

Online orders can be paid for with PayPal or Visa/Mastercard/Amex. 

 

I placed an order online. When will I receive it? 

We ship out all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed online. Actual delivery times may vary, however, you can expect to receive your product within 6-10 business days. 

 

What is your return policy? 

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had a change of heart! We will gladly offer a full refund on merchandise if the return is initiated within 35 days of purchase and the product is returned unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we do not refund the cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to us. If you are looking to exchange an item, we will ship the new item to you, on us!
